Beginning at the southern end of Forsyth Park, the "Crown Jewel of Savannah", just a stone's throw from your "home away from home", walk north along the tree- lined central promenade, past monuments, gardens and the spectacular Forsyth Park Fountain. After crossing Gaston St, continue north along Bull Street and enjoy the "Jewels of Savannah"....... the five beautiful squares adorning Bull Street, which enchant with history and the very soul of Savannah. The further north you walk, the further back in time you travel ....... to the year 1733 !
The Squares encountered along this route are Monterey, Madison, Chippewa, Wright and Johnson. Sightseeing opportunities will abound ! Enjoy refreshments along the way from a myriad of coffee shops, pubs and restaurants.
