Thursdays and Fridays in May
Experience an early 19th Century Tea in the beautiful courtyard garden of theDavenport House Museum in the Savannah Historic District. Learn about the traditions of tea in the Colonial South and visit the areas of the Davenport House where tea service took place. After the tour, enjoy a traditional high tea in the garden with costumed interpreters. Tours begin at 5p and last approximately 60-75 minutes. Reservations are recommended and participants must be able to walk up and down the stairs. The Davenport House is a property of the Historic Savannah Foundation
