Is internet access provided?
All of our homes feature free high speed wireless internet. The internet is provided by Comcast Cable services at speeds of up to 20Mbps.
How does check in work ?
In order to make your check-in process simple and convenient, all of our Vacation Homes offer Keyless Entry to access. There is no need to check into an office or keep track of keys or a card which can be easily misplaced. Simply arrive at your Vacation Home and let yourself in. Perfect for late arrivals. You are always welcome to visit us at the office too if you want to see us!
Is parking provided?
Many of our homes have private off-street parking, the ones that don’t have street parking right in front of them. Parking isn’t as difficult as you may have heard, if you follow a few simple rules.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival are subject to $495 cancellation fee which can be credited toward next booking within 6 months of the initial booking and a 15% processing fee of total amount. (The Processing fee cannot be credited )
Cancellations made 60-32 days prior to arrival are subject to a 35% processing fee of total amount. (Processing fee cannot be credited)
Cancellations made within 31 days of arrival date will result in loss of deposit and any remaining balance still owed.
Refunds are not issued for No Shows or Early Checkouts. Approved refunds will be credited within 60 days. A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
If the balance is not paid in full 27 days prior to arrival date, the reservation will be canceled and all deposits will be lost, no exceptions. A $400 refundable deposit will be charged to CC on file 2 days prior to arrival and refunded no later than 7 days after checkout if home is left in good order with no items broken. Any broken items or excessive cleaning will be charged against deposit. No check in until refundable deposit is received.
